Hi everyone, my name is Emily Garcia. I am a home based lash tech. Certified lash tech since May of 2019. I do require a $50 (full set) or $25 (fill) NON- REFUNDABLE / NON- TRANSFERABLE deposit to book your appointment. I offer Classic, hybrid, wet sets, volume and mega volume sets. Requirements to know before appointment & policy: •Face Mask are required at ALL times during appointment. •Make sure you come in with no makeup or mascara. •Make sure you don’t wear mascara or eyelash strips 24 hrs prior your appointment •Make sure your lashes are clean with no eyelash glue. (Dirty lashes= Poor Retention) •10 mins late= No appointment •No extra guest •Be ready to take a nap bc I take about 2-3 hrs. •Please wait in car until your appointment time, or until I notify you to come in. •If retention is less than 50% at your lash appointment there will be an up-charge.

Cancellation Policy

If any changes such as rescheduling needs to be made to your appointment, I ask that you please notify me at least 48hrs before the beginning of your appointment in order to avoid additional charges. Rescheduling is only allowed one time after deposit has been made. If rescheduled at or before the 48hrs, deposit can be transferability once ONLY. Missed appointments (NO SHOWS) will be charged 100% of the service; appointments cancelled or changed within 24- hours are considered LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION this also includes SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS and you will be charged 100% of ending balance on top of the deposit made of the service. LATE POLICY: There is a 7 minute grace period to be charged $15 fee, after 10 minutes being late you will have to set up a whole new appointment with a new deposit. And will be charged 100% of the service fee, per our cancellation policy (see above). DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By agreeing to this policy, you are also agreeing to being at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to receive any services.
